* When booking any salon service at Donato, personal details such as your name, phone number, email, and a valid credit card must be provided to secure your reservation. (The salon’s booking platform adheres to PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) guidelines, which include secure transmission and storage of cardholder data)
* A minimum of 24-hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
