We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable therefore we greatly appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice for ALL appointments booked at Donato Salon + Spa.
When you book an appointment with us we set that time and Service Provider aside just for you.
In order to secure your appointment we require a Credit Card / Visa Debit on file for all appointments booked.
You can add this on file via phone or on our Donato Salon + Spa booking App.
Cancelation & No-Show guidelines:
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee 0f $50is forfeited as a late cancellation fee on services over $50.
If you simply do not-show to a booked appointment, a payment of $50 is forfeited as a no-show fee to services over $50 or more.
Promotional Gift Vouchers or Promotional Gift Cards may not be used as payment.
