All purchases made online, including e-gift cards, through Donato.ca are final. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.


E-Gift Cards purchased through Donato.ca will be delivered to the recipient via email up to 72 hours after purchase. Donato Salon + Spa encourages purchasers to follow-up with recipient to make sure they received it. It may show up in their Junk Mail or Spam, which Donato Salon + Spa takes no responsibility for, once the e-gift card has been sent. If the recipient has not received the gift card after 72 hours, the recipient must email info@donato.ca with their contact information (full name, email, phone number) and who purchased it for them (full name, email, phone number preferred). They will receive a reply within two business days.
